Susan Cucuzza is an international executive, life, health and wellness coach, and founder of Live Forward LLC. She helps individuals become their best selves, from the inside out. Those who coach with her are eager to transform their personal vision of success in life.
Susan’s executive coaching includes style and behaviors, 360-degree and stakeholder feedback, succession planning, performance management and career plans, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. Susan applies appreciative inquiry, the intentional change process, character strengths, and authentic leadership to her coaching engagements. Susan is also part of a select group of executive coaches with Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management Executive Education programs. Personal coaching in life and wellness is aligned with the recipient’s path, which might include goals around diet and nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and relationships.
Prior to launching Live Forward, Susan led people practices national and internationally in Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years, with special focus on leadership and personal development. Companies in which she worked span across global, manufacturing, consulting, and financial services industries and include Textron, Inc., ArvinMeritor, Deloitte, KPMG, and National City Bank.
